This Privacy Policy applies when you interact with our websites, mobile applications, social media sites and handles, email, and online services, make a purchase or enter into other transaction with us, visit one of our locations, or attend an event sponsored by us (our “Services”). We have established this Privacy Policy to let you know the kinds of information we may gather when you use our Services, why we gather your information, how we use your information, when we might disclose your information, and how you can manage your information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third-party websites that may be linked to or from the Services. We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of third parties.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes, and such changes will become effective when they are posted.


We collect personal information that you submit when you use our Services, such as name, address, contact information, company information, payment information, occasion for reservation (optional), special requests for reservation (optional), event details, visit frequency, date and time of visit. We also collect information about you or the devices that you use automatically when you interact with us or the Services, such as IP address and device identifiers.


We use the personal information we collect about you to help us personalize and continually improve your experience using our Services. We may use your information to: provide services and complete transactions; provide requested or personalized content; take your reservation; market or sell gift certificates or other products; send offers, promotions, or targeted advertisements for our restaurants, services, or special events; communicate with you and respond to inquiries; optimize or improve the Services and our operations; detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal; and perform statistical, demographic, and marketing analyses of users of the website.

We may also use or combine information that we collect through the Services with other information we obtain to enhance, expand, and check the accuracy of our records, and to provide you with more personalized services, offers, and promotions.


We disclose your information collected to our service providers, affiliates, partners, and other entities, as described below.

Service Providers: We engage the following types of vendors to perform functions on our behalf such as: customer information management, customer communications and marketing services, billing and collection, order fulfillment, auditing and accounting, professional services/consultants; analytics services; security services; and IT support. These companies are restricted from using your information in any manner other than in helping us to deliver or provide you our services. There are limited circumstances in which the service provider collects data directly from you when their privacy policies may also apply.

Social Media Platforms: Where you choose to interact with us through social media, your interaction with these programs typically allows the social media company to collect some information about you through digital cookies they place on your device and other tracking mechanisms they place on your device. In some cases, the social media company may recognize you through its digital cookies even when you do not interact with their application. Please visit the social media companies’ respective privacy policies to better understand their data collection practices and the controls they make available to you.

Companies Involved in Advertising: We partner with companies that assist us in advertising about our Services to others who may be interested in the Services. These companies may use tracking technologies on our website to collect or receive information from the Services and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

Corporate Affiliates: We share data with other members of our group of companies.

Assignment: We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Services or website. We may also sell certain assets associated with the Services or website or our business. In such events, we may transfer some or all of your information to an entity acquiring all or part of our assets or to another entity with which we have merged or the successor to our business. We use Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google, Inc., and other analytics providers on our website. These analytics services use cookies or other technologies to help us analyze how users interact with and use the website, compile reports on activity, and provide other analytical services and reports. The technologies used by these analytics services may collect information such as your IP address, time of visit, whether you are a return visitor, any referring website, and other information. If you have provided permission to allow us to collect location information, we may obtain your physical location information in terms of latitude and longitude from technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower proximity. You are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire such physical location information from your mobile device through your browser settings, although we do not control this process. 


You may request access, a copy, modification or deletion of personal information that you have submitted to us or opt-out of targeted advertising by contacting us at We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, to the extent required by law, provided that we may be required to retain personal information to comply with legal obligations, accounting requirements, or for other business purposes. We may request additional information to verify the identity of the requesting party before responding to a request. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the website for a period of time.

We provide you with the opportunity to opt out of such communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each marketing e-mail. Please note that you may not opt out of our service-related communications.


We take reasonable security measures to help protect the personal information collected through our Services. Please understand, however, that no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You can help protect the privacy of your own information by using encryption and other techniques to prevent unauthorized interception of your personal information.


Users Under Sixteen: Our website is intended for users aged 16 and older only. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware of personal information in our database that was collected from a child under 16, we will delete that information.

Users Outside of the United States: If you use our website or Services outside of the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your personal information to, and the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information in the United States and elsewhere. The laws in the United States and these countries regarding personal information may be different and may offer less protection than the laws of your country.


Nevada Residents: Residents of the State of Nevada have the right to opt out of the sale of certain pieces of their information to other companies who will sell or license their information to others.
